Effect Softdrink

Ternyata minum soft drink tidak baik untuk kesehatan. Apa saja sebabnya? 

Berikut ini beberapa efek buruk softdrink:

1. Softdrink menguras air dalam tubuh. Pemrosesan gula tingkat tinggi dalam softdrink memerlukan sejumlah besar air dalam tubuh kita. Untuk mengganti air ini, orang harus minum 8-12 gelas air untuk setiap gelas yang diminum.

2. Softdrink tidak pernah meng-hilangkan rasa haus karena Softdrink bukanlah air yang diperlukan oleh tubuh.

3. Tingkat kandungan fosfat yang tinggi dalam softdrink dapat menghancurkan mineral penting dalam tubuh. Kekurangan mineral yang serius dapat menyebabkan penyakit jantung ( kekurangan magnesium), osteoporosis ( kekurangan kalsium ) dan banyak lagi. Sebagian besar vitamin tidak berfungsi di dalam tubuh tanpa adanya mineral.

4. Softdrink dapat membersihkan karat pada bumper mobil atau benda benda logam lainnya. Bayangkan apa yang akan terjadi pada fungsi pencernaan dan organ tubuh lainnya.

     Hang out on the Saturday afternoon.

I enjoy spending my saturday on afternoonat outside my boarding house with my friends. I can’t have the same experience at Lombok, but I have found a place that similar to my home at Lombok.

Monument 1 march in Malioboro is my favorite place in Yogyakarta, because that remind me of Udayana street in Mataram, Lombok. They are different but also similar, especially on the weekend.

For me, Monument 1 march has an atmosphere that is like Udayana street’s. In both place, people stroll and gather. In Udayana, sometimes man and women or boys and girls are jogging on Saturday afternoon usually people stop at seam street and have an traditional cake or coffe. Now I that live in yogyakarta, Monumen 1 march is my favorite place where my friends and me go on Saturday  for our afternoon walk. Usually my friends and me sit at seam streets in front of monument 1 march, sometimes we took picture or found many sellers like clothes, accecories, softdrink, paint art, and many intertainment that we can found at there, also many visitor that from the other city for getting their holidays with their family.

Lombok island is tourism place that have famous until abroad after Bali island, there are many tourist from the other country visited this island. The location of lombok islan is in Nusa Tenggara Barat(NTB),the inhabitants of lombok is Mataram.  This island near whit Bali island. Lombok also famous whit their uniq culture, they also friendly, and spacy foods.

There are many famous place that often to visited whit many tourist as i know;

Firstly, senggigi beach is tourism place that have famous in lombok, senggigi beach also central of tourism place, the location  senggigi beach in west  broad of lombok island. Seggigi beach mybe not to large like kuta beach in Bali island, but when we are here at senggigi beach we fell like in kuta beach because the scenary is beautiful, you can also enjoy the beautiful  scenary of under the sea, and for you that like smorkling you can enjoy it because the wave is not to big. So guys do you interesting to go to lombok island..?? if you want to go there don’t forget to visit senggigi beach.

Lee taemin is my favorit artist, he comes from korea, he is member of SHINEE to be exact he is youngest from the other member. I’m the big fan of him not only me but his fas until abroad, most of his fans are older than him because he still young J. I like him him because he is cool, cute, handsome, specially he is dancer. His dance very good and cool. He said that he like dance wen he sit at elemantary school in thrid year class, that’s why his dance really good.
